• A conversation is kept for 13 months, then deleted.
• You can ask us to delete it sooner.
• A request your office did not act on is kept for 6 months.
• A completed appointment is kept for 6 months.
• A calendar hold is kept for 30 days.

Parovia is built on a small set of outside services. Each one does one job.

• Anthropic's API composes the written answer.
• OpenAI's embeddings find the passage the answer is drawn from.
• Twilio carries phone calls and texts. Deepgram and ElevenLabs work inside Twilio's own system to do it — Deepgram writes down what was said, ElevenLabs speaks the reply.
• Supabase stores your organization's data.
• Vercel hosts the website and the assistant.
• Resend sends email on our behalf.

Every provider's terms say they may not use what you send them to train their own models.

Beyond what running the service requires, no one outside Parovia and your own staff reads your conversations.

Parovia never takes a payment or holds funds. When money needs to change hands, a person at your organization handles it, not the assistant.

Your own staff, signed in with their own account, can read your organization's conversations.

Parovia's operator can see counts and health indicators, to keep the system running and secure, never the content of a message.

We do not sell your data.

When the assistant cannot answer from a verified source, it says so, out loud, and hands the conversation to a person at your organization.

Money, personal records, and anything involving a minor always require a person's approval. A child's own conversation record is kept for 90 days, not the standard 13 months.
